PRIVATE INSTRUCTION & GUIDING

All ASM courses and tours can be undertaken by groups and individuals on a private basis at any time. Private Instruction is a good option if your timetable doesn’t allow you to participate in our scheduled activities. With Private Instruction & Guiding you are free to select the dates that suit you!

Some activities require a higher guide to participant ratio and as such the increased guiding fee will reflect this. For private rates on other activities in this brochure please contact our office. For larger groups please contact our office to discuss a group discount. We can arrange activities for groups such as schools, youth groups, social clubs and conferences.
(All prices are correct as of 1 Jan 2008)

Payment: 1) For all Individual 1 Day Activity bookings full payment is required when booking. 2) For all Individual 2 Day Activity bookings a $75 deposit is required when booking. 3) For all Individual 3, 4 and 5 Day Activity bookings a $100 deposit is required when booking. 4) For all Group Bookings (3 or more participants) a booking deposit amounting to $50 per person per activity is required when booking. 5) The balance of all fees are payable on the morning of the first day of the course or activity. 6) For Group Canyoning Tour bookings full payment is required 7 days prior to departure. 7) Payment can be made by Credit Card, Cheque or Money Order.

Cancellation Policy: 1) As administration costs are incurred as soon as we commence processing your booking – booking deposits are not refundable. 2) For all 1 day activities if you notify us of a cancellation 14 days or more prior to the starting date you will receive a refund on your course or activity fee less a $35 handling fee. If less than 14 days notice is given then the course fee is transferable but is not refundable. 3) If you do not show on the day then your course or activity fee is forfeited. 4) In special circumstances a full deposit / fee refund or transfer without penalty may be allowed at our discretion. 5) If ASM must cancel a course or activity due to adverse weather conditions, insufficient numbers or other reason then all monies are fully refundable.
